  • BEEF

    Our beef is raised to perfection, then dry aged for for a truly remarkable flavor and tenderness.  

  • PORK

    Our pork has the mouthwatering flavor and juicyness of days long ago. We cut our chops thick, which are great grilled or stuffed and baked. Our sausages have NO MSG, and we use only natural casings. All of our Regular, Irish and Canadian Bacons and Hams, are naturally smoked in a real smokehouse, giving them a flavor that can't be beat!  Best of all, they are free of any chemical nitrates!

  • LAMB

    Tender young lamb is mild and flavorful. Small Butterflied Leg Of Lamb, marinated and grilled will make a  great entre. Or maybe some thick cut loin chops, seared in a spiced hot olive oil. How about Morrocan Sausage with rice anyone?
